Not sublimatable

You cannot sublimate a Stanley Quencher

The Quencher H2.0 fails on two independent counts: a powder coat finish that sublimation ink cannot bond to, and a fixed handle that makes a full wrap physically impossible even if it could.

Why it will not work

Why the coating says no

Stanley publishes the physical numbers, which we record because they are useful for judging dupes: 11.02 in tall, 3.1 in base diameter, 3.54 x 5.43 in across the handle. What it does not publish, anywhere, is a sublimation anything, because the product is not made for it.

What the listings do not tell you

The whole "40oz quencher dupe" category of sublimation blanks exists because of this page's search. Worth knowing before you size artwork: the sublimation-ready dupes run roughly an inch shorter than the real thing, 9.85 to 10 in against Stanley's 11.02, so a wrap sized off a real Quencher will not fit the blank you can actually press.

Stanley questions makers ask

Can you sublimate a Stanley cup?

No. The Quencher is powder coated, so sublimation ink has nothing to bond to, and its handle does not come off, so a 360-degree wrap cannot be applied either.

Are 40oz sublimation quencher blanks the same size as a Stanley?

No, and it matters for artwork: documented sublimation dupes run about 9.85 to 10 in tall against the real Quencher's 11.02 in. Size your wrap to the blank you are pressing, not to a Stanley.

How is a real Stanley decorated then?

Laser engraving, UV printing and vinyl. Those work on powder coat; sublimation does not.

Seamless wraps, sized honestly

Every CraftPixelFusion design is drawn at wrap proportions for the 20oz skinny, straight and tapered versions together on most listings, and the listed size is the size you get.
