About an order or a download
Use Etsy Messages. Every order in this shop is an Etsy order, so the conversation sitting next to your receipt and your download link is far more useful than an email that has to be matched up by hand. It is also the fastest way to get a file re-sent if a download has gone astray.
About anything else
A general email address for design requests, licensing questions and collaborations is being set up. Until it is live, Etsy Messages reaches the same person and is monitored daily.

CraftPixelFusion is a venture of MomentumLab AI Pty Ltd, an Australian company, ABN 72 684 179 646. The studio is digital only: there is no shopfront to visit and nothing is shipped.
