Not sublimatable
You cannot sublimate an Ozark Trail tumbler
Ozark Trail is Walmart's outdoor line: powder-coated or raw stainless steel, sold for laser engraving, epoxy and vinyl. It is never marketed as sublimation coated, because it is not.
Why it will not work
Why the coating says no
The governing rule, as a blank vendor's buying guide puts it: powder-coated tumblers cannot be sublimated. There is no polymer coating on an Ozark Trail for the ink to enter, so heat pressing one produces a pale ghost that wipes off, on a cup you have now cooked.
What the listings do not tell you
One honesty note about this page: we record NO dimensions for Ozark Trail, because every spec source we tried blocked automated access and the only number that came back was a shipping-carton size. Rather than guess, the entry states the gap. The Etsy templates sold as "Ozark Trail full wrap sublimation" are for vinyl or epoxy work even when the listing says sublimation.

Can you sublimate an Ozark Trail tumbler?
No. Ozark Trail tumblers are powder-coated or bare stainless steel with no sublimation coating, so the ink cannot bond. They are decorated with laser engraving, epoxy or vinyl instead.
Why do Etsy shops sell Ozark Trail sublimation templates?
The template files themselves are just artwork, and most are actually intended for vinyl or epoxy tumblers in Ozark Trail sizes. The word sublimation in those listings does not make the cup sublimatable.
What size wrap does an Ozark Trail take?
We do not publish one, honestly: every accessible source blocked spec lookups and returned no body dimensions, and this library does not guess. For vinyl work, measure your own cup with a flexible tape.
